Which locations do you service?
We service Sacramento, CA and the surrounding areas (generally about a 50 mile radius of Sacramento but can go further if need be).

What is the best antivirus software?
That is a matter of opinion.  You could ask 10 different people and get 10 different answers.  All of them have some good points and all have some bad points.  No antivirus on the market can or will stop everything unfortunately.  We stay away from the big-name companies like; Norton & McAfee.  Not that they are bad, just they typically slow your computer down and do not protect better than others.  Some of the free ones like Microsoft Security Essentials do a decent job and do not slow most peoples computers down.

How long will my service take?
A typical service call (Virus removal, Spyware Removal, etc.) typically takes about 1 hour. Should your computer problem require more than an hour, that’s okay because we have “flat Rate” pricing so we are not charging by the hour for most service calls.

Is your service guaranteed?
Yes. We stand behind our service and repair 100%. If the technician is unable to remedy your computer issue, we’ll come back at no extra charge. If we still cannot fix your problem there is no charge to you.  Viruses and Spyware are not guaranteed though.  We cannot control how you may use your computer(s) so we cannot guarantee something out of our control.  No antivirus software is 100% foolproof unfortunately.

What if my problem only takes 30 minutes to resolve? Am I still charged for a full hour?
Yes; on service calls that are billed hourly.  However, if your service call is completed quickly you can ask the technician to look at other potential problems or answer any questions you might have about your system.

How do I best prepare for my service call?
To make best use of the technicians time we recommend you make a list of all the problems you are experiencing with your system, and have all manuals, software CD’s and any other information about the computer readily available.

Can I drop off my computer to be repaired?
Yes. Call us first to arrange a time (916) 367-8501.

I purchased my computer used and I don’t have any of the original software or drivers available. Can you still help me?
Yes. Typically a technician will be able to restore your original applications, data and serial numbers without having the original software CD’s or manuals.

My company is looking to hire a computer specialist, do you offer contracts?
Yes. Please call (916) 367-8501 and ask.

Do you charge for “travel time”.
Sometimes… there will be a minimal trip charge if you are 20 miles or farther from us.

What is your hourly rate?
We charge $99 for the first hour and then $45 per half hour after that (minimum one (1) hour charge per hourly service call). There will be a small trip charge for over 20 miles as well.
